We arrive at Caballacocha @ 437pm Peru Time. Motorbike it to Doris and Lambert's casa. Our bike gets a flat tire midway on the govt. paved "highway" (aka a sidewalk). 3 out of the 5 motorbikes stop. Em rides with Mark and I kick it with Lambert.

Settle in @ the house. Mark and I put our things into our quarters@ Tito's family house/motel(?). Dinner. Sit in on church for a bit. 8min38 sec song singing. Cookies by Doris. Back to Tito's. Converse with Mark about everything.

This is now why we are here.

"Boat #1 blew an engine and we had to use the auxilary motor to take us back to port. All in all, we're probably about 3 hours & 45 min. from when we first left Iquitos. But on the brightside, we now have a faster jet engine boat. Dave joined us on our travels, flew in last night, leaves on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Marky Mark supplies the snacks non stop. Good man!"

"Thursday Evening: Cruised down the streets of Iquitos from the SMALL airport to the hotel. Everyone here just drives motorcycles and motorcycles with trailers(?) to make taxis. Ate @ the hotel and coloring in RM 513 afterwards with "McClan by Hand" and Em."
